PASSOVER HEATING INSTRUCTION

Turn oven to 350 Degrees Celsius – Heating times will vary oven to oven. We recommend keeping an eye out to ensure not over cooking or burning.

  1. Matzah Ball Soup
    1. Heat on stove or in microwave until hot.
    2. Heat matzah balls with soup
  2. Salad
    1. In a bowl toss the arugula, onions, pears, goat cheese pearls and walnuts w. the dressing and serve.
  3. Schnitzel
    1. Heat on tray until hot and crisp
    2. Serve w. honey
  4. Chicken Supreme
    1. Heat in oven with white wine Jus until hot
  5. Brisket
    1. Heat in oven covered w. brisket / beef Jus until hot.
  6. Poached Salmon
    1. Heat in oven until hot and serve
  7. Roasted Stuffed Peppers
    1. Top with Ragu and heat in oven until hot
  8. Potatoes, Kugel, Asparagus, Carrots
    1. Heat uncovered until hot. Stir if needed

SALADS

Chopped Romaine Creamy Caesar

  • Add all the romaine’s prosciutto, parmesan and croutons into a bowl
  • Toss with dressing and serve

Antipasto Pasta Salad

  • Add all the radicchio, artichokes, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan in a bowl
  • Toss with dressing and serve

Harvest Arugula Salad

  • Add all arugula, sweet potato, slivered onions, goat cheese and lentils in a bowl
  • Toss with dressing and serve

The Shrimp Salad

  • Salad is already premixed and ready to serve

SOUPS

  • All soups can be heated in a pot on medium heat until hot and ready to serve. Alternatively, you can microwave your soups in a microwave safe bowl until desired temperature.

 BOWLS

  • All bowls are ready to serve. Remove from fridge 20-30 minutes prior to eating to bring to room temp.

MAIN ENTREES- SET YOUR OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

Crispy Schnitzel

  • Place on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes
  • Serve with garlic aioli

Lamb Kafta Kebobs

  • Place on baking tray and heat in oven for 18-25 minutes (Kebobs are raw and need time to cook through)
  • Serve with pickled red onions, tzatziki sauce and pita crisps

Sliced Acorn Squash

  • Heat in tray provided.
  • Drizzle with tahini and serve hot

Roasted Dijon Maple ¼ Chicken

  • Place on baking tray and heat in oven for 18-22 minutes (Chicken is just seared and pieces are raw inside, please allow time to cook through)

Salmon

  • Heat uncovered in oven for 10-15 minutes until done to desired wellness. (Salmon is sent medium rare in middle)

Sweet and Tangy Meatballs

  • Heat in oven covered for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir occasionally to ensure everything heats evenly.

Forest Mushroom Pasta

  • Heat in oven covered for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Alternatively, you can use microwave.
  • NOTE: you may need to add a little water or milk is sauce is a little “dry” on the pasta.

Skillet Tenderloin Beef

  • Heat in oven uncovered for 10 minutes or longer depending on the level of doneness you’d like
  • NOTE: Cooking temperatures (Medium-Rare: 120 to 125°F. Medium: 130 to 135°F. Medium-Well: 140 to 145°F. Well-Done: 150 to 155°F.

Flatbread Pizza

  • Heat on a baking tray for 10-15 minutes until cheese begins to melt.
  • Slice into 6 or 8 slices
  • Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve

Asian Chicken Lettuce Cups

  • Heat chicken mix in microwave in intervals of 45 seconds until hot.
  • Using the Boston lettuce, add some of the chicken mix and crunchy noodle and enjoy.

Crispy Beef Stir-fry

  • Heat beef on a tray in oven for 10 minutes
  • While beef is heating, in a larger pan, heat “Sticky Sauce” on medium heat until it begins to thicken.
  • Mix beef in pan with sauce and toss together and serve.
  • NOTE: If sauce doesn’t thicken up enough to coat the beef use the provided corn starch. To use corn starch empty contents into a cup. Fill the cornstarch container provided with water. Pour into cup and stir until starch is dissolved completely. Slowly add to the “sticky sauce” (Before adding beef) and stir until sauce thickens.

Kids Combo Meal

  • Place on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes
  • Mix together romaine’s, parmesan, croutons and dressing and toss in bowl
  • Heat pasta in either a pot or microwave
  • Cookies are ready to serve.

SIDES

Mac & Cheese

  • Heat in oven covered for 20-25 minutes.
  • Uncover and heat for another 5 minutes to crisp up the panko.

Winter Root Vegetables

  • Heat uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until hot and ready to serve.

Ginger Garlic Soy Fried Rice

  • Heat uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until hot and ready to serve.
  • Alternatively, you can use microwave.

White Wine Mushroom Medley

  • Heat uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until hot and ready to serve.
  • Alternatively, you can use microwave.

Roasted Israeli Cauliflower

  • Heat uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until hot and ready to serve.
  • Alternatively, you can use microwave.
  • Drizzle with Tahini and serve

Steakhouse Rustic Garlic Smashed Potatoes

  • Heat covered for 15-20minutes or until hot and ready to serve.
  • Alternatively, you can use microwave.

Caramelized Brussel sprouts and Butternut Squash

  • Heat uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until hot and ready to serve.
  • Alternatively, you can use microwave.

DESSERT

Ready to Bake Cookies

  • Layout FROZEN cookie pucks on baking tray 2” apart from each other
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • If cookies are defrosted, cooking times may be a bit shorter. Check on cookies after 8 minutes to ensure you don’t overcook.
